We're seeking a Front of House Waitress who radiates warmth, delivers exceptional service, and understands the impact of a smile.
You'll be the face of the restaurant—making guests feel welcome, cared for, and excited to return. We want someone who doesn't just serve food but creates an experience.
Your Role Will Include:
? Greeting and seating guests in a professional, friendly manner
? Taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and suggesting pairings
? Running food and drinks, clearing tables, and resetting for new guests
? Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the front-of-house area
? Processing payments and managing POS systems
? Supporting the team and stepping in wherever needed
Required Qualifications:
? NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
? Previous experience in a restaurant or café setting preferred
? Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
? Right to work in Australia
