  • Section waiters

  • Hosts

  • Bartenders

For successful candidates, they must have the following attributes and qualifications:

  • Have a strong desire to create experiences for guests

  • Possess a positive attitude

  • Is punctual and well-presented

  • Experience in a refined cocktail lounge setting is highly desired

  • Hungry to learn and driven to excel in whatever they do

  • Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role

  • Hold a valid NSW Competency Card
