Responsibilities
We are seeking a passionate customer service individual for a part-time Clinic Co-Ordinator role
If you are interested in helping clients enhance their hearing and quality of life, keep reading
This role is essential in each clinic, contributing to performance and customer experience.
We need a compassionate, process-oriented, and purpose-driven individual with excellent organizational and customer service skills to help more people access better hearing.
You will collaborate with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians (where applicable) to deliver quality hearing health outcomes for all clients.
You will learn about our products, services, competitive advantages, and government funding programs.
With this knowledge, skills, and tools, you will apply tailored client-specific sales strategies to ensure they receive the best solutions.
You'll be successful if you have:
Previous sales and customer service experience in retail, hearing care, pharmacy, or allied health environments
Experience working with an older demographic (preferred)
Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients' hearing journeys
Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE Qualification
