With 104 beds, including 12 secure dementia care beds, we are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our residents in a safe and supportive environment.
About the Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee the strategic and operational management of the facility.
This is a key leadership role that requires a strong background in aged care, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
