**About the Role**

An opportunity has become available for a Logistics Coordinator located on site at Surat Basin QLD for Downer's Industrial Energy business unit. The exciting opportunity will involve facilitating site-based activities by managing general logistics and procurement functions:

- Procurement and logistics administration
- Supervising the yard and activities within the confines
- Stocktake of material (mechanical and electrical)
- Receipting of goods - General consumables
- Expediting freight processes and maintaining efficiencies
- Compiling reports for both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring strict adherence to safe practices and Downer's zero harm standards

**About You**
- Eager individual with excellent time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure
- Ideally you may have, or are working towards obtaining a CIPS qualification
- Experience utilising Microsoft packages and SAP. Knowledge of JD Edwards preferred
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ideally hold a LF High Risk, HR Truck and Franna or VLC ticket
- Previous experience in purchasing, logistics preferred
- Ability to adhere to Downer's logistics policies and procedures
