Your Impact As a Principal Engineer and Market Lead, you will: Lead multidisciplinary maritime projects from concept to delivery, with hands-on involvement in design, modelling, and advisory work Grow our presence in the Ports, Terminals & Shipyards sector , with 30–40% of your time dedicated to business development and strategic client engagement Play a key role in expanding into the Defence maritime market , a growing area of national significance Mentor and develop junior engineers while contributing to thought leadership and internal knowledge sharing Represent the company at industry forums and client meetings , building strong relationships and market credibility What We're Looking For Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering 10–15+ years' experience in maritime engineering, with significant Australian consulting experience A strong network in Ports & Terminals (essential); experience in the Defence sector (preferred) Chartered Engineer (CPEng) or RPEQ qualified (or working toward) Proven ability in business development ,
