About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to help parents find the perfect car seat for their needs. As a Car Seat Installation Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers are safe on the road.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on selecting the ideal car seat model and features
  • Demonstrate product functionality and ensure proper installation, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with customers and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and industry guidelines by coordinating training with suppliers
  • Work flexible shifts across weekdays, weekends, and afternoons while traveling between multiple stores
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Empathy and understanding of expectant and new parents' needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Background in customer service or related field (ideally)
