**What's the role?**
- Produce political stories including writing and editing video content in a fast-paced 24-hour live broadcast setting.
- Drive the news agenda in the mornings and coordinate content across the channel.
- Respond to breaking news events for live coverage, including verifying and gathering information around developing stories.
- Help drive Sky News' flagship political programs.
- Liaise with politicians and Sky News guests for on-air.
- Complete and comply with all News Corp and ANC policies, including ANC's Social Media Policy and News Corp Global Standards.
- Reporting any breaches of News Corp or ANC policies to the relevant parties.

**Who are you?**
- You have a minimum 2 years' experience in a news and/or broadcast setting.
- You demonstrate a strong interest in Australian politics.
- You have an excellent attitude and enthusiasm to learn new skills.
- You demonstrate strong editorial skills and judgement.
- You are an efficient planner with strong organisational skills.
- You demonstrate excellent writing, spelling and grammar.
- You have the ability to work under pressure in a LIVE and fast-paced news environment.
