Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Political Producer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality political stories, including writing and editing video content for our fast-paced 24-hour live broadcast.

You will drive the news agenda in the mornings, coordinating content across the channel. In addition, you will respond to breaking news events for live coverage, verifying and gathering information around developing stories.

Furthermore, you will help drive Sky News' flagship political programs, working closely with politicians and guests for on-air appearances.

To ensure compliance with all News Corp and ANC policies, you will report any breaches to relevant parties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a news and/or broadcast setting is required, along with a strong interest in Australian politics and excellent editorial skills.
