**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the General Manager - HSEQ, we are looking to appoint an experienced Health & Wellbeing Manager. This role leads the development of the Health & Wellbeing strategic plan and coordinates the implementation of programs for the Ampcontrol Group with ongoing management of:

- HSEQ strategies, plans and initiatives to promote employee Health & Wellbeing
- Ampcontrol group injury and claims management programs
- Workplace health and hygiene

**Other responsibilities and deliverables**:

- Research, develop and implement programs and initiatives which addresses identified psychosocial risks.
- Lead Ampcontrol's proactive psychosocial risk management approach.
- Support the implementation of Ampcontrol's Live Work Better program (LWB) across the business.
- Provide required training, support and coaching on effective RTW services and ensure RTW plans are in place and actively monitored to achieve goals.

**What are we looking for from you?**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in the field of Health & Wellbeing, with knowledge of WH&S.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar industry and/or roles.
- Experience in workplace wellbeing, occupational health & safety and injury management within a manufacturing, engineering, mining, or equivalent environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic Health & Wellbeing targets and objectives and deliver on key projects.
- Knowledge of state specific workers compensation legislation, health & safety legislation, strong knowledge of ISO requirements, and current industry related issues/trends.
- Injury management and claims risk management.
