Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of ensuring the reliability, scalability and performance of our systems.
Key Responsibilities
Define Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for reliability.
Monitor system performance and capacity plan to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Automate reliability improvements using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) skills.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in software engineering, DevOps, operations or cloud engineering.
Strong knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure and IaC tools.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
A highly motivated and self-driven individual with a positive attitude.
Strong customer-facing skills and ability to work in a team environment.
