**The Role**

Reporting to the HSEQ Manager, your key responsibilities include:

- Support project teams to implement, maintain and improve the PACT Integrated Management System
- Conduct regular risk assessments, inspections and internal and external audits
- Provide accurate and timely technical advice to stakeholders and to assist with legal compliance
- Review subcontractor HSEQ documentation as part of the onboarding process and assist them to develop and document safety processes
- Establish a cooperative working relationship with all stakeholders, including subcontractors, regulators and clients
- Lead incident and injury management including reporting and investigations
- Work with the project team to review and monitor subcontractor HSEQ performance
- Attend meetings to provide HSEQ advice and guidance

**You**

To be considered for this role you will have:

- Demonstrated experience working in construction or similar industry
- Certificate IV in WHS or equivalent
- Current Drivers Licence (minimum C class)
- Construction Induction Training (White Card)
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong computer software skills including MS Office
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Be able to work as part of a team
