**About the Team**

Our Unified marketing team is here to drive un-believe-able results for the business. They create demand in market for MYOB and engage AU & NZ businesses when it matters most to either acquire or retain them. They're dedicated to delivering value for our customers by understanding their business pain points, and needs and ensuring we deliver them value at every stage of their journey.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- You will have a passion for creating high-impact, purposeful content focused around a compelling and strategic narrative. You are energised by drawing from new and different sources to create a distinct and purposeful message.
- Thrive in an environment that will get under the hood of a broad range of business intelligence and research insights, as well as looking to the market, media and independent sources and adapting these to grow and extend a clear market position.
- You enjoy the opportunity to shape a cohesive and consistent tone of voice internally and externally and understand the evolution required to maintain an accurate, relevant, and in-demand voice to all our audiences.

By building a strong working relationship with key external partners—customers, media and social media channels, industry partners and other key audiences — you will influence them on critical messaging and garner support for various projects and initiatives.

You will both review the quality of communications materials to ensure consistency of branding and tone of voice, as well as adapting the communication according to the needs and preferences of diverse target audiences.

**A BIT ABOUT YOU**

You will be passionate about the world-at-large and have extensive experience in building responsive and creative narratives which land positively with their intended audiences. Positive energy, a sense of fun, the ability to work at pace and a desire to deliver great results will be valuable attributes for this role. As will:

- Experience in Journalism, Public Relations or Marketing or an equivalent field.
- Proven experience working as a senior Executive Communications Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or executive communications team.
- Experience in synthesizing executive briefs and working quickly to identify and translate briefs into a communication goal.
- Strong track record of creating high impact presentations that can convert complex business and financial information in a highly designed format.
- Exceptional writing, copyediting, and proofreading skills, for a large range of communication purposes, including social media.
- Bachelor's degree in PR, English, Journalism, Communications, Politics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
