About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled IT expert to drive success in our fast-growing Ag Tech organization.

The successful candidate will oversee system administration, customer integration support, and ensure seamless software and IoT integrations across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of JIRA Service Desk and internal ticketing processes to ensure efficient query handling and smooth resolution.
  • First-line support for software integrations, API/webhook troubleshooting, and assistance with onboarding/offboarding and bulk data processes.
  • Support for internal business systems, including HubSpot, Atlassian, and other software tools.
  • Cross-functional collaboration across the wider business and with external development teams, software partners, and customers to ensure seamless integrations and data flow.
  • Compliance adherence through proper documentation, process adherence, and knowledge base updates.
  • System performance monitoring and AWS usage identification, with implementation of alerts and contribution to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or CompTIA Security+.
Essential Skills
  • Strong technical writing skills with clear process documentation.
  • Experience managing systems and providing technical support.
  • Familiarity with JIRA service desk (or similar) and ITIL practices.
  • Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, data integration, and IoT platforms.
  • Experience with AWS services, cloud infrastructure, and networking fundamentals.
  • Understanding of compliance, security testing, vulnerability management, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Effective communication skills to convey technical details.
  • Process-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with problem-solving ability.
  • Commitment to driving continuous improvement in processes and systems.
  • Collaborative team player able to work across functions.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
