Increasing demand for our services has created an opportunity for a highly experienced Data Migration Lead to join our team.

**About the role**:

- Manage the successful delivery of large-scale data migration projects
- Prioritize key deliverables and take full accountability for the overall success of the data migration
- Manage relationships with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables
- Ensure COSOL offers the greatest value and satisfaction to our clients by leveraging the capabilities and depth of our organisation
- Maintain project documentation and updates to relevant knowledge management bases and participation in the development of project management best practices with the organisation's project management community.

**About you**:

- Experience in large scale data migration projects is essential, where data has been extracted from a wide range of source systems, to be migrated and transformed into an ERP solution
- Great business acumen to manage large scale, high risk, strategic projects that span organisational boundaries including multiple business units and service partners/vendors
- Proven ability to successfully deliver defined project outputs to time, budget, and project quality criteria
- Demonstrable ability to identify, analyse and respond to project risks - consisting of risk management planning, risk identification, quantitative and qualitative risk analysis, risk response planning, and risk monitoring and control
- Knowledge of and competency in project management processes including planning tasks, resource allocation, risk management, time management, financial management, HR management, quality management, monitoring and reporting, documenting and knowledge management.
