**The role**:
Our career options are as diverse as our people, we all have an important role to play. The UX/UI Design Analyst is responsible for designing and improving on UX/UI features of our digital platforms that meet our customer's needs.
The role also includes analysis and collaboration with a variety of teams and stakeholders within SEW, where you will be expected to lead customer analysis that can be used to identify areas of improvement on our digital platforms, as well as provide recommendations to improve usability. Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.
An analytical and creative designer, you'll be able to grasp user needs and provide solutions and have a strong portfolio of successful UX/UI projects.
**Who are you?**:
To be considered for this six-month, full-time opportunity, you'll have a minimum of 1 years' experience in UX/UI design, as well as the following skills, knowledge and experience:
- Knowledge on responsive web design and native mobile app design (iOS and Android)
- Strong documentation, communication and prototyping skills
- Knowledge of tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Figma etc
- Significant knowledge of user-centred design methodologies.
- Ability to work on projects of all sizes and complexity across multiple platforms.
- A good understanding of Agile, Lean, Design Thinking.
- Good technical knowledge and ability to articulate what is and isn't possible.
- Success supporting organisations shift customers from traditional to digital channels and improving the customer journey.
- Strong working knowledge on user research and discovery techniques with the ability to turn data and insights into user requirements or design recommendations.
- Minimum Bachelors' degree
