**The role**

We are seeking an experienced UX UI Designer to join our growing Technology team. In this role you will play a crucial role in enhancing the digital experience at Crown Resorts. You will oversee all aspects of product development ensuring functionality, accessibility, useability, and user satisfaction are achieved simultaneously.

**Additional responsibilities**:

- Oversee and create attractive visual elements, ensuring the Crown Resorts Group's brand and personality is incorporated seamlessly throughout.
- Consider all aspects of the users thought processes, emotions and behaviours when interacting and using Crown Resorts Group products.
- Endeavour to continuously improve and provide enhancements to Crown Resorts Group suite of products to ensure such products remain relevant, visually appealing, functional, efficient, and user-friendly.

**About you**

You'll bring the following:

- Proven experience in a similar UX UI Designer role, preferably with cashless and customer loyalty transformation exposure.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX/UI design.
- Strong experience in successfully leading the design and implementation of major digital initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
