**The Role**:
Snooze **Warrawong** is seeking a dedicated and experienced **Sales Assistant /Warehouse person**. This **part-time** role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment and is eager to contribute both on the sales floor and in the warehouse. In this role, you can expect to work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored sleep solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high store standards

**Warehouse**:

- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing merchandise accurately.
- Ensure the warehouse is organised, clean, and adheres to safety standards.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to manage stock levels and fulfil customer orders promptly.
- Maintain inventory control.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in retail sales and/or warehouse operations.
- Retail experience in selling big-ticket items (preferred, but not essential)
- Driven individual that has a high standard of customer service
- Confident and professional communication skills
- The ability to use a computer
- The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPI's
- The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time
