About the Opportunity
We are seeking a talented individual to join our retail marketing team as a Part-Time Sales Executive. As a key member of our national team, you will represent one of our major client partners in the FMCG industry.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in various channels, including Grocery, Discount Department, and Petrol Channels. Your primary responsibility will be to provide field marketing and merchandising sales solutions to our clients by implementing their retail marketing plans in store.

As a successful Sales Executive, you will build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, leveraging store intelligence data to drive further sales and opportunity-based selling. Your tasks will include:

• Merchandising our clients' products within the designated channels
• Creating point of sale displays and completing planograms to ensure products are well-stocked and maintained
• Negotiating shelf space with managers to maximize market share
• Checking stock levels for stores and liaising with store managers
• Developing strong relationships with key personnel in all stores
• Holding and utilizing stock and point of sale materials sent to you
• Reporting accurate data upon completion of each visit
• Providing feedback and relevant data to Field Managers

Location: You will be working across the Wollongong area, visiting suburbs such as Bowral, Shellharbour, and surrounding areas.

Hours/Days: This part-time role is 14 hours per week, preferably spread across Wednesday to Friday, but flexibility is required.

About You:
We are looking for an ideal candidate with the following skills and qualifications:

• Previous merchandising or retail sales experience within FMCG (particularly Grocery stores) highly desired
• Strong relationship building skills and negotiation skills
• Creatively minded, thinks outside the box
• Hunger to make a difference in your territory and achieve sales results
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to work independently
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• Excellent time management skills and positive attitude
• Competency in using technology
