**The Opportunity**
Working collaboratively to ensure the smooth running of the media team by owning the end-to-end financial process and short-term tactical activity requirements.
- 12month fixed term contract role**Responsibilities will include:
- Finance weekly upkeep, monthly reconciliation and PO processing in Ariba.
- Weekly Out-of-home material instructions with Trade and Agency.
- Review/ Approve House of Brand weekly activity monitor (WAM) tracking.
- Work closely with trade planning and production to ensure alignment on media in market.
- Managing cartology media packages, weekly bookings and queries.
- Manage short-term tactical activity.
- Co-channel plan selected "stretch" campaigns to grow skillset.
**About You**
We are looking for someone who is passionate about building a career within Marketing. Naturally, you will be a phenomenal communicator coupled with an ability to build and foster positive working relationships with a large network of stakeholders. In addition, you will have a meticulous eye for detail and will have a process driven nature. You will love to work with numbers and have some experience in finance/ accounts reconciliation. This is a great opportunity for an Agency Account Manager or a Marketing Coordinator who wants to take a step up.
