- Genuine interest in the painting trade and park presentation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding the expectations of their current role
- Highly motivated hard-working, and possessing a 'can-do' attitude
- Physically fit and capable of performing demanding tasks
- Willingness to commit to the duration of the apprenticeship
- Flexibility in working hours, as the role involves various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
