**The role**
- **Please note that this is a secondment opportunity until the end of June 2025 with a view to extend / make permanent.**

Join Auto & General as a pivotal member of our Quality Assurance (QA) team. You will lead a team, utilising change management experience, while playing a crucial role in the ongoing development of our QA program. Engage with stakeholders, support our team, and actively manage business unit goals. Ensure efficient monitoring of customer-facing agents. Collaborate with the QA leadership team to achieve objectives, foster mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders, and support your team members' success. Make a meaningful impact on our quality and customer satisfaction.
- Communicating - understanding changes and keeping stakeholders and teams informed
- Planning and organisation - coordinating resources to ensure that the team runs efficiently, and commitments are achieved
- Managing information or general administration support - contributing to keeping guidelines, and information systems up-to-date and accurate
- Monitoring and reporting - contribute to both stakeholder meetings and reporting to provide valuable insights
- Quality Control - supporting team members to provide reliable and accurate results to stakeholders
- Interpersonal skills - the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, colleagues, and team members
- Fostering a change-agile mindset and bringing change management experience to the role

**What experience you'll bring**
- A&G Leadership experience highly desirable
- Quality Assurance and Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance quality assurance processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership, guiding and supporting your team to achieve success. Change management experience or initiative experience is highly desirable.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and their feedback is valued.
- Verint Proficiency and QA Management: Utillse Verint to manage and optimise the QA process, ensuring efficient and accurate results.
