QA Specialist

We are seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Quality Assurance Officer. As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality documentation, preparing and updating standard operating procedures, and assisting with internal and external audits.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, conducting routine QC testing, and verifying activities to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including batch records and raw materials control
- Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Assist in internal and external Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and quality audits
- Maintain quality systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct routine QC testing and basic physical laboratory testing
- Verify and validate activities to ensure accuracy and reliability
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in science or related field
- Strong knowledge of GMP principles and regulations
- Experience in QA within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, or similar industries an advantage
