With the expected increase in functions and events, we are seeking 5 star Events **Supervisor/Operations Assistant **to join the team at **Doltone House Marconi.**

**Your duties will include**:

- Bump in and out for events
- Receiving deliveries to the venue
- Supervising the events
- Preparation and delivery experience of events and functions
- Ability to deal with the unexpected calmly and effectively
- Desire to provide all clients/guests with a memorable experience

**Ideally you will have the following skills/experience**:

- Knowledge of large and small scale events
- Customer/client and guest engagement skills
- Capability in high quality delivery balanced with speed and urgency
- Leadership of food and beverage service team members
- Excellent communication skills

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bossley Park, NSW 2176: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
