- Maintain accurate event documentation, reports, and post-event evaluations.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, guest experience, and operational processes.
What we're looking for:
- A proactive and experienced leader who thrives in fast-paced event environments
- Strong operational and logistical expertise across all stages of event delivery
- Confident in team management and someone who leads by example and builds positive team culture
- Excellent communicator with sharp problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Committed to delivering high-quality guest experiences through seamless execution
Why you'll love working with us:

- 50% team discount precinct-wide across our incredible venues
