Canberra, ACT, Australia Ncs Australia Full time

**Company Description** About us**:
At NCS Australia, we believe in doing technology services better. Our commitment to quality, focus on people, and willingness to challenge traditional thinking set us apart. Our team brings this belief to life by partnering with our clients and communities to make tomorrow together.

We are committed to creating an environment that prioritises innovation, collaboration, and purposeful work. Our diverse team is empowered to make a meaningful impact with curiosity, creativity and resilience to shape better outcomes. Join us and accept the challenge of creating a better tomorrow.

Join a high-performing program delivery team at the forefront of large-scale digital transformation. We're seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to develop and manage integrated program schedules across complex IT initiatives, ensuring visibility, alignment, and timely delivery.

As the Master Scheduler, you'll be the engine room of our transformation program—bringing structure, visibility, and momentum to some of the most complex and high-impact IT initiatives in the business.

You'll own the development and ongoing management of fully integrated schedules across multiple workstreams, ensuring every moving part is aligned, tracked, and driving toward successful delivery. You won't just build schedules—you'll create clarity, spot risk before it becomes a problem, and provide the data that powers informed decision-making.

Working closely with project leaders, delivery teams, and the PMO, you'll connect the dots between strategy and execution. You'll surface dependencies, manage critical paths, and help drive conversations in executive forums with insight, not just information.

This is your chance to champion consistency, promote scheduling best practices, and leverage tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Smartsheet to deliver powerful, real-time visibility into project performance. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision, influence, and foresight matter—you'll love this role.
**Qualifications**
- Strong experience in scheduling large-scale IT or digital transformation programs
- Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent
- Proven ability to manage complex, integrated schedules with multiple dependencies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying and resolving scheduling issues
- Understanding of project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK)
- Experience working within PMOs or program environments with multiple concurrent projects

**Highly Regarded**
- Experience in government or highly regulated industries
- Familiarity with risk and change control processes
- Relevant certifications in scheduling, project management, or tools (e.g., MSP, PMP)

**Additional Information**

**Why join us**:
NCS Australia is where you can feel at home, nurturing your talents and skills as we make tomorrow together, one day at a time. Our benefits include paid parental leave, initiatives focused on your well-being and discounted health insurance.
