Epiroc is searching for a proactive and self-motivatedProduct Specialist Coordinator - Surface Drillsto join our expanding Product Support team.
This role involves coordinating the support and development of a range of rock drilling equipment, including the SmartROC, PowerROC, and FlexiROC series drill rigs.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the commissioning of new equipment and ensure effective after-sales technical support.
Facilitate training programs to enhance the skills of both customers and internal personnel.
Prepare and manage comprehensive technical documentation and reports.
Act as a key point of contact between Epiroc and customers, addressing technical issues and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Frequent travel within Australia, including customer sites and occasional short-notice trips.
Requirements:
Strong commitment to maintaining safety standards and a collaborative approach.
An Australian-recognised trade certificate is required.
Experience in a Technical Support or Drill Fitter role, with expert-level knowledge of Epiroc products and troubleshooting skills.
Previous experience delivering technical and product training.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to prepare detailed and accurate documentation.
Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to varying schedules.
