We have a proven track record of successfully completing a high volume of project packages for our Blue Chip mining client base.
From design through to completion and handover, we are able to supply, maintain, and manage all aspects of project works including remedial works, capital works, and expansion projects.We are seeking an Electrical Superintendent to join the recently awarded Conveyor & Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades Package on the Cape Lambert A High Density Ore (CLAHDO) Project on the Pilbara coast in Western Australia.
This milestone project involves significant electrical, instrumentation, and control system upgrades, conveyor drive station upgrades, and other infrastructure upgrades.
The project is scheduled from June 2025 to August 2026, with further opportunities on other projects thereafter.The RoleAs part of our Electrical Leadership team on either a 12:9 or 8:6 FIFO roster, you will be responsible for:Being a champion for best practice in HSE and leading by exampleMentoring junior leaders and employees in technical and quality requirementsEnsuring appropriate allocation of resources to achieve planned outcomesCarrying out prestart risk assessments (Take 5, JHA) and reviewing and authorising (signing off) JHAsEnsuring timesheets for services are completed and signed off by the clientOverseeing performance of external contractors and suppliersCompiling work packs for project worksConducting regular audits on electrical activities and installing worksEnsuring all electrical statutory notices and certifications are completed, submitted, and recorded in accordance with legislationMonitoring, recording, analysing, and reporting on performance indicatorsUtilising, building, and maintaining a professional network to increase bid opportunitiesAbout YouThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:WA Electrical LicenceExperience in a supervisory positionSchedule 26 Statutory Supervisor training (or Section 44 with aim to complete S26)Strong technical knowledge of fixed plant mining and other industrial construction projectsExperience completing CMS (Contract Management System) documentation for on-site personnel and equipmentExperience in a multidisciplinary (Civil, SMP, and E&I) project or shutdown environmentThe ability to manage and execute end-to-end deliverables on multiple projectsA current Australian Drivers LicenceIn ReturnYou will be joining an existing team that will provide onboarding and support to create a successful Linkforce career.
