**Major responsibilities**:
Assist the Service Manager to oversee service and warranty process once the service job is closed

Process primary and secondary claims for Manitowoc Australia including preparation of parts required for repairs

Administer warranty claims submitted by dealers and customers - processing submissions, validation, approval by first level status

Provide timely support for all large service project, major inspections and repair jobs

Assist the Service Manager to monitor service projects, costs and timely invoicing, and any other functions as assigned by Service Manager including all local training course provided to customers.

Assist in tracking monthly KPI, productivity and utilization reports

Generate local and regional warranty/PIP reports

Carry out the role of HSE Co-ordinator, generate monthly reports, training matrics, manage local policies and procedures, drive to maintain the SMS required level of safety, making sure the local organisation compliance with local regulations

**Job requirement**:
Minimum of 3-5 years admin related working experience

Posses diploma or degree in Business Administration or Human Resource, or equivalent qualification

Preferably someone with Health and Safety experience

SAP knowledge will be an added advantage
