**About you**

As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for credit and collections activities for business and residential customers nationally. This is an exciting time to join the team as we are experiencing significant growth and are seeking someone keen to be part of contributing to the changes we are making. We provide options for our staff to work a mix of in the office and at home.
- Previous experience as a Credit Controller and Energy Industry is highly regarded but not essential
- A focus on customer service with good communication and phone skills
- Knowledge of the Privacy Act, Hardship across all Australian jurisdictions will be highly regarded
- A sound understanding of credit/collections reporting requirements; and
- Proficiency in the use of a debtor's system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- MSATS (desired).
