Summary
You'll be the face and voice of Deel for our clients, both internally and externally. You'll be responsible for building genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You will serve as our client's trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues. You will also advocate for clients internally to champion new products and capabilities that expand each client's business with Deel.
You are a passionate business builder who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment. You will tackle ambiguous problems, deliver projects, analyze data for insights, and manage cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Accounts: The CSM II will manage a diverse portfolio of SMB/MM or ENT accounts, including low to mid-sized spend accounts and accounts with strategic growth potential.
Risk: Identify and flag risks that could lead to customer churn; engage internal stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly while managing customer communications.
Relationships: Build relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular business reviews.
Product: Be the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders.
Provide a high-quality day-to-day experience for customers and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and completion of requests.
Drive adoption of platform features to improve customer experience and retention.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience.
Experience in fast-growth startups, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity plays a role.
Strong relationship-building skills; maintains composure under pressure and celebrates partner successes.
Quantitatively inclined and data-savvy; able to extract insights from data and translate into actionable recommendations.
Self-starter with a growth mindset; thrives in fast-paced environments with high responsibility.
Proven track record of achievement and impact.
Strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data.
Curious by nature with a desire to make an impact.
Proficiency in English and native Korean language.
