**Job Title:** Korean BBQ Service Host

We are seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to join our team, providing top-notch service that mirrors the quality of our culinary offerings.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure their comfort throughout their dining experience.
  • Answer questions about menu offerings, make recommendations, and provide personalized service.
  • Take and process food and beverage orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to special requests or dietary requirements.
  • Set up tables with precision, ensuring they are clean, organized, and equipped with necessary items such as menus, utensils, and condiments.
  • Serve food promptly and elegantly, presenting dishes with an understanding of proper etiquette.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including soft drinks, alcoholic drinks, and specialty cocktails, with a focus on accuracy and presentation.
  • Assist guests in making informed choices by having a deep understanding of menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and flavor profiles.
  • Suggest additional items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
  • Process bills accurately and efficiently, handle cash and electronic payments, and provide guests with a seamless checkout experience.
  • Maintain a tidy and comfortable environment for guests by continuously monitoring tables, clearing empty plates, refilling drinks, and adhering to restaurant cleanliness standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Korean cuisine or a willingness to learn is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
