RACV is currently seeking talented candidates to join our passionate and friendly team at one of our many sites Bistro & Cafe Lounge and Conference and Events.
This is a casual position with a competitive casual rate + weekend and evening penalties.
What you'll need to be Successful
A passion for the beverage industry with knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer and wine is an advantage but not required
Previous working experience as a barista in events or functions is highly desirable
A genuine love of hospitality and driven to deliver quality service
Team player and work well under pressure
Victorian RSA preferred but not essential
Available to work approximately 3-4 shifts per week across 7 days with full availability on Saturdays
