We have a unique opportunity to join our newly created planning and prioritisation function called the Control Tower within the Product and Technology Division as a Reporting and Value Realisation Manager. As a Reporting and Value Realisation Manager, your primary responsibility is to work with all key stakeholders to ensure the delivery roadmap remains on track, and continually evolve reporting to provide meaningful insights on value realisation of technology delivery and OKR (Objective and Key Results) achievement. You will be working closely with teams with teams within Delivery and Finance and be data driven to provide business insights.

**In this role you will be primarily responsible for**
- Track and report on value realisation: This involves working with stakeholders to ensure that the expected benefits of delivery are being realised, and help develop plans to address any gaps. You will be continually tracking the benefits that technology delivery is expected to deliver and monitoring progress against those benefits.
- Track and report on OKR achievement: You would be responsible for tracking the progress of OKRs set by the business units, and work with stakeholders to maintain transparency in reporting. You would collaborate with different stakeholders and prepare performance reports for each planning cycle.
- Build and maintain OKR dashboards: You would develop and maintain transparent dashboards that track OKR progress, highlighting areas that are on track and areas that require attention. You would also be responsible for guiding the business requirements (in collaboration with business users) for the tooling set up.
- Provide insights for strategic decision making: You would use your knowledge and expertise to provide insights that inform strategic decision making. This would involve analyzing data, conducting trend analysis, and using your future-looking approach to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Overall, the Reporting and Value Realisation Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that technology delivery is aligned with business objectives and is on track to deliver the expected value identified. This requires excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, data analysis, and a future-looking mindset.

**About you**
- Bachelor's degree in business, commerce or similar field
- 5 years of experience in managing the process of planning and prioritizing technology deliveries
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical experience and problem solving skills
- Agile ways of working
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Data visualisation skills
- Strong project management skills and experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
