Are you a skilled and reliable handy person looking for consistent work? We are seeking an Independent Contractor to join our team, providing quality property maintenance services to both residential and commercial clients.

About the Role

As a contractor, you will handle a variety of maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:

- Minor repairs and maintenance
- Painting and patching
- Basic carpentry
- Gardening and landscaping
- General home and office repairs
- Pressure cleaning and outdoor cleaning

You will be responsible for managing your schedule, completing work to a high standard, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

You may also be required to work with another contractor if the job requires additional support.

**Requirements**:
To be considered, you must have:

- An ABN (Australian Business Number)
- Your own reliable car and some tools
- Current public liability insurance
- Previous experience in property maintenance or handy person work
