**Job Overview**

Experienced maintenance personnel are sought to assist with on-site work and maintenance tasks at branch locations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Carrying out painting operations
  • Performing minor building repairs
  • Conducting gardening duties
  • Maintaining furniture, fixtures, and fittings
  • Completing minor construction works

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

Applicants must possess trade qualifications or equivalent experience, be proficient in using hand and power tools, and have extensive experience in all aspects of maintenance, including painting. They should be able to work unsupervised or as part of a team, prioritizing safety and quality.

A current and valid driver's licence is essential. Working at heights, EWP license, test and tag qualifications, and a high-risk forklift licence or willingness to undertake training are desirable.
