We are a well-established boutique Chartered Accounting practice based in West Perth, looking for an ambitious and driven Senior Accountant to join our fast-growing team.

This is more than just a compliance role—you'll be encouraged to broaden your commercial knowledge and take on increasing responsibility with clients who rely on us as being their trusted advisor.For the right person, there is an exciting opportunity to step into an Assistant Manager role in the short to medium term based on performance and leadership capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation and review of financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, companies, trusts and NFPsReview of bookkeeping and reconciliationsPreparation and review of BAS, IAS and FBT returnsProvide corporate secretarial support and instructionConduct interim tax planning and advisoryLiaise with clients regarding tax queries, business structuring, and compliance obligationsMaintain strong, proactive relationships with clients and third partiesSupport and guide junior team membersAssist with client onboarding and process improvementsHelp to manage client relationships where requiredManage a portfolio of approximately 20-25 clients across various industries and structuresWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 3 years' experience in public practice (business services/tax)Strong technical skills in accounting and tax compliance.
