**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish and manage KPIs for supply chain performance from product source to customer delivery
- Monitor and report on availability of selected inventory items (book and bill, sector)
- Lead and develop supply chain team
- Lead the inventory budget process and monitor availability of inventory
- Manage routines for continuous safety stock & monthly planning review
- Manage strategic procurement of 3rd party products
- Ensure purchasing systems are conducted within company policies
- Establish and maintain relationships with local offices of Freight Forwarders
- Manage supply chain related projects (eg. Warehouse RFQ project)
- Manage warehouse 3PL contract, cost control and performance
- Manage integration of Schaeffler e-commerce solution for distributors
- Update Distributor Operations Manual annually
- Maintain pricing systems and strategies for efficient and transparent processing within sales support team
- Provide regular customer/distributor sales reporting and ad hoc sales reporting requirements (SoCo)
- Establish and maintain routines for the continuous BPS Planning process and manage within required deadlines

**Your Qualifications**:

- Business based Bachelors degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably within the bearing industry with significant commercial and SCM exposure
- Advanced negotiation skills and ability to manage contract arrangements
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Awareness of legal obligations relating to contracts and agreements

**Aspects**:
The job will require regular after hours contact with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
