**Studios Operations Assistant**
**$28.12 per hour Full Time**
**Village Roadshow Studios, Oxenford, Gold Coast**

**About the role**:
We are seeking an all rounder who has worked in varied industries to complete all admin requirements of the studios and productions. Whilst also supporting the daily operations of the studios through troubleshooting any issues/concerns that may arise in productions.

**Duties**:

- General Reception/admin duties including collecting and sorting mail, meet and greet visitors, filing, photocopying, scanning, answering telephone and
- Maintaining petty cash float and records.
- Managing PABX Avaya phone system, and assisting productions as required.
- Updating the fire system maintenance documentation.
- Updating and distribute phone extension list.
- Raising purchase requisitions, sorting invoices/statements, receipt of purchase orders and completing EOM accounts and orders.
- Assisting the Operations Coordinator and Studios President, and any other nominated representative with any production task required.
- Monitoring contract cleaners, communicating comments and requests accordingly.
- Issuing and maintaining security photo identification to all productions/tenants.
- Assisting productions as required.
- Any other task as required to ensure the smooth running of the office and Studios productions.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in administration or reception essential.
- Previous experience in OHS or the construction industry is advantageous
- Knowledge of building maintenance is advantageous
- SAP experience essential for issuing of purchase orders/accounts.
- Strong Microsoft program skills including word and excel.
- The ability to think on your feet, problem solve and work under pressure

with tight deadlines, multitasking, attention to detail and work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a small team environment.
- Drivers license essential.
- Must be able to work unsupervised and use initiative.
- Must be physically fit as long walks around the Studios are required and manual

tasks such as lifting and bending.
