**In this Business Banking Manager Leave & Relief role, you will**:

- Be responsible for multiple portfolios of clients, covering banker leave and vacancies across NSW and ACT.
- Own the day-to-day customer experience, compliance and transactional requirements.
- Support customers through their banking needs, providing sound advice on growth opportunities and risk.
- Work with buddy bankers across the region to identify and refer new opportunities.
- Work collaboratively within your local team and contribute to team culture and initiatives.
