Perth, Western Australia Health Science Hub Full time

Health Science Hub (RTO 52806) is looking for a new team member who is interested in working in the Vocational Education & Training (VET) sector.

We can only consider applicants with:

- A Diploma of nursing or Undergraduate degree in Nursing, Human Biology, Allied Health or similar.
- A minimum of 1-year experience working in health care.

We have additional classes being run, so we are looking for additional trainers on **Tuedsays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and/or Wednesdays** during school terms 1, 2 & 3.
- be comfortable in front of students and display the confidence to explain and deliver the required content.
- be interested and able to work with 16-18-year-old students.
- have an ability to use technology in the classroom. This includes a learning management system, tablets, apps, and be willing to learn new skills.
- work with a team as well as autonomously.
- communicate through online group chats.
- manage change and contribute to continuous improvement.
- be able to work with anatomy dissections.

The position requires you to be capable and confident in using your experience, skills and education to deliver modules of training across topics from a Human Biology perspective including:

- Anatomy & Physiology
- Medical Terminology
- Academic Communication
- Microbiology, Chemistry.
- Body Systems (nervous, respiratory, digestive, muscular/skeletal, etc)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 14 per week

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Perth, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Training & development: 1 year (preferred)
