What You'll do:
Guide customers through the exciting journey of building their new home — from understanding their goals to handing over the keys. Ask the right questions to uncover your customers' true needs and help them get clear on what's possible. Source the right land, builder, and house design options that best fit each client's budget, lifestyle, and long-term plans. Be their trusted advisor — providing expert advice, answering questions, and overcoming any roadblocks along the way. Build strong, lasting relationships with your clients through genuine care, clear communication, and a solutions-focused approach. Manage your pipeline, keep track of leads, and follow up to convert opportunities into happy homeowners. Work closely with our network of builders, developers, and partners to deliver a seamless experience for every customer.
