Working with Us
Part of the ABN Group and privately owned by Dale Alcock, DAHSW is now recruiting for New Home Sales Consultants across all our 3 brands – Homebuyers Centre, Celebration Homes and Dale Alcock Homes for the Bunbury, Busselton, Dunsborough and Margaret River regions.
You can expect to build integral relationships, provide consistent and excellent customer service to deliver the dream of home ownership. You will be provided with leads generated by company marketing strategies and will be expected to follow up on new enquiries to covert to new home sale contracts.
Responsibilities include:
Generating referral sales from existing customers and your own network
Updating and maintaining sales data
Continuously learning new product and land availability
Producing home and land packages
Effective management of customer relations through to the completion of each home
What you need
You're an authentic, committed, driven individual with a positive attitude. Excellent communication and organisational skills will see you succeed in this role, together with:
Excellent selling and negotiation skills to meet customers' needs
