**Client Profile**

Our client is a highly regarded and respected operator in the Australian hospitality industry. The General Manager will be responsible for the everyday operations of this reputable waterside venue. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and an inherent sense of pride in the presentation of their venue.

The General Manager will instill and maintain a vibrant and positive culture in the venue and drive the ongoing success and reputation of the brand. First and foremost you will be a publican, engaging with guests driving regular trade and fostering relationships. You will be expected to run the venue as if it is your own with all the support of the group behind you.
- 2-3 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, multi-faceted venue
- A deep appreciation and passion for high-quality food & beverage
- Proven success in leading a large team and developing managers, with a strategic training program
- Ability to think on their feet, with a solution-focused mentality and creative outlook
- Exceptional acumen for both service standards and back-of-house process and procedure
- A positive, lateral and self-motivated approach to venue management
- Experience in initiating and driving KPI targets
- A collaborative approach to developing best practice
