With a splash of creativity and a dash of charm, you'll mix up cocktails, pour perfect pints, and deliver a personalized touch that keeps our guests coming back for more.What You'll Do:Create Magic: Serve up cocktails and concoctions with flair, ensuring every drink is crafted to perfection.Welcome with Warmth: Greet guests like old friends and provide service that's as memorable as it is personalized.Keep it Clean: Maintain a spotless and organized bar area, ensuring everything is in its place and ready for action.Manage with Precision: Handle cash transactions and inventory with accuracy, keeping our bar well-stocked and efficient.Engage and Delight: Check in with guests, address any concerns, and ensure their experience is nothing short of spectacular.What We're Looking For:Experience: Previous bartending experience is a plus; we might invite you for a trial to see your skills in action.Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a lively environment.Knowledge: A solid understanding of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.Certifications: Required state or local certifications must be obtained.Physical Stamina: Ability to stand or move for extended periods and work during weekends, holidays, or as needed.Why Kimpton Margot Sydney?
