We're now on the lookout for a passionate, energetic bartender to join our growing team

About The Role

You'll be behind one of the busiest and most exciting bars in Surry Hills, delivering consistently high standards and helping to shape a memorable guest experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Crafting cocktails with confidence, speed, and flair
• Maintaining a clean, well-stocked and well-organised bar
• Demonstrating strong knowledge of our tequila, mezcal, cocktails, and drinks menu
• Delivering friendly, professional service to all guests
• Working calmly and efficiently in a high-volume setting
• Supporting the wider team and contributing to a positive team culture
  
  

About You

• You have at least 1 year of experience as a cocktail bartender
• You're passionate about hospitality, with a solid knowledge of spirits and cocktails
• You thrive under pressure and can multitask with ease
• You're a strong communicator and love being part of a fast-paced team
• You're well-presented, enthusiastic, and ready to grow
• You hold a valid NSW RSA
• Availability on Friday and Saturday nights is essential
