Overview
Penola Catholic College is excited to offer a leadership opportunity for a passionate and engaging Acting Transition Coordinator to join our innovative and contemporary teaching environment.
Responsibilities
Create and implement a transition program with our primary schools to assist incoming students settle in.
Organise the Year 7 Orientation Day, Camp and Information Nights.
Coordinate transition from Year 7 into Year 8 and Year 8 into Year 9.
About You
Demonstrate and model contemporary teaching practice, understanding how students learn best and having knowledge of the Australian curriculum frameworks.
Be registered or eligible for registration with VIT.
Demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children.

Penola Catholic College is a co-educational college for students from years 7-12 with two campuses in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne.
The Glenroy campus caters for years 7 and 8, and the Broadmeadows campus for years 9 to 12, with a total college enrolment of approximately 1,400 students.
