The Opportunity
The Domain Country Club Retirement Village is a resort-style community in Ashmore, set amongst 42 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens. As part of this large and newly renovated village, you'll assist with the day-to-day operations and play a central role in supporting our residents. This is a varied, resident-focused position where you'll help ensure our community runs smoothly while positively promoting The Domain Country Club. This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday-Friday.

$89,600 inclusive of superannuation + laptop + phone

Your Impact:
Ensure a high level of ongoing daily operations of village services including safety & security, maintenance & gardening standards and financial performance
Support the Community Manager with day-to-day resident queries & concerns and be responsible for assisting with incoming and outgoing resident moves (e.g scoping, entry and exit reporting)
Take ownership of village compliance items by completing audits, checklists and administrative tasks as per schedules
Build resident satisfaction by creating a vibrant and inclusive culture throughout the community that is built on communication, professionalism and respect
Liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders such as residents & their families, staff members, contractors and suppliers
Assist the Community Manager with day-to-day people practices, such as interviewing and onboarding of new staff members
Step in for the Community Manager when they are on leave
What you'll bring:
Prior experience in a customer-facing operations-based or administration role (e.g Hospitality Management, Hotel/Resort/Tourism, Office Manager, Property Management or Facilities Management)
Developed interpersonal skills where you pride yourselfon your communication,time management, professionalism and empathy
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint)
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a strong focus on teamworkand customer satisfaction
Minimum two (2) COVID-19 vaccinations and Drivers License (required)
