This is a hands-on role that requires leadership, passion and strong organisational skills.What you'll do:Lead the team and set the tone for excellent serviceRun the venue day-to-day with support from ops + head chefDrive culture, training and staff developmentEnsure the business runs profitably and efficientlyWhat we're looking for:2+ years in a management rolePassion for food, beverage and people leadershipPositive, motivated and solutions-focused attitudeStrong organisational skills and financial know-howBenefits include:30% dining discount across all Commune venuesDaily staff mealsOngoing training & leadership coachingWine training + excursionsA fun, supportive team environment with events throughout the yearReady to apply?
