**_Responsibilities_**
- Onboarding/offboarding employees including end to end new starter inductions
- Assisting with Case Management
- Maintaining employee records via the company HR Information System
- Supporting the Recruitment and HR team with various projects.
- Monitoring staff qualifications & competencies to ensure continual compliance of job roles
- Assisting with reviewing and improving internal policies and procedures and organisational charts
- Creating and influencing positive change within the business
- Delivering a quality service to our frontline leaders and all staff across the business
- Maintaining all necessary HR administration across the lifecycle of employees
- Accurate record keeping of local policies, position descriptions

**_What you'll bring_**
- Tertiary or certificate qualifications in Business or Human Resources preferred
- Previous HR experience required
- Strong administration skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Approachable and responsive interpersonal style with the ability to connect with employees at all levels
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload; complete multiple and/or competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be tech savvy and excel at systems and automation
- Be passionate and genuinely care about our team and our business outcomes
